I’m not sure what exactly is funny at times, but I find myself laughing during parts of the presentation. That in itself is healing and delightful.

The easy to learn and USE tools are priceless.

I use them regularly.

On nights where I feel too jacked up to go to sleep because I might still be upset about something in my life; out comes the journal and non dominant hand doodling followed by “channeling” my inner wisdom from asking a question and writing with my dominant hand. And then I sleep like a baby!!!

Dr. Brian Alman’s, Spring Clean Your Mind online seminar was not only uplifting and fun, but I left with easy to learn tools he taught us which I have begun to integrate into my daily life. And the best part? These practices really work!!! I feel so much lighter after doing these practices; letting go of so many unnecessary thoughts and beliefs that were keeping me stuck, and now there is more spaciousness within me to clearly see the thriving life I want to create. And this was only 1 hour with Brian!!! Can you imagine the transformation in your life if you spent a day with him? Your life would be off the charts!!!!
